German gaming studio FishLabs is sold to a unnamed buyer

A german mobile gaming studio FishLabs is sold to any unknown buyer. According to PocketGamer, co-founder Michael Schade of FishLabs said, company will be sold in a asset deal. He also confirmed that FishLabs, as an entity, will cease to exist upon completion of the deal. No job loss is been reported till now and the name of the buyer is not disclosed yet.

FishLabs filed for the equivalent of bankruptcy, laying off 25 people in the process in October this year. Fishlabs was founded in Hamburg, Germany, in 2004. It is primarily known for its hit series, Galaxy on Fire. The game is available on all major platform:
