Mobile gaming start-up Kiwi inc announced that it has raised $15 million led by Northgate Capital with participation from DFJ and returning investor Sequoia Capital. . This brings the total funding raised by the company is kindly approx $24 million as we learnt from TriplePoint Newsroom.
As per Omar Siddiqui, CEO of Kiwi, “Our early focus in the rapidly growing Android ecosystem has allowed us to build top free-to-play mobile games on Google Play and develop tools that we are making available broadly to benefit all developers. He also said ‘The cash will be used create next generation mobile games and to help with distribution and monetization.’
Headquarter is based in Palo-Alto and was founded in August 2011.
